Stop Harmful Satellite Bills – H.R.8255 and S.3639

Congress is considering two bills — H.R.8255 and S.3639 — that would fast-track the launch of hundreds of thousands of satellites without any health or environmental review. The FCC has NEVER assessed the health or environmental impacts of satellites.

The U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) already warned in 2022 that the outdated satellite review process needs to be reexamined by the FCC.

H.R.8255 and S.3639 would accelerate satellite deployment — despite serious risks of pollution, orbital debris, toxic reentry metals, rocket‑fuel contamination, rare‑earth mining harms, exponential increases in electromagnetic radiation (EMR), and the lack of any process for health or environmental protections.

Why It Matters:

• Exponential increase in EMR, raising the risk of harm to people, animals, and plants.

• Toxic metals released when satellites burn up, which pollutes the air, food, and water.

• Rocket‑fuel pollution already appearing in ecosystems.

Since 1986, the FCC has categorically excluded satellites from human health and environmental review under NEPA (National Environmental Policy Act). The U.S. Government Accountability Office (GAO) has twice reported on unaddressed satellite impacts and admonished the FCC in a 2022 report, “FCC Should Reexamine Its Environmental Review Process for Large Constellations of Satellites.”

The Arizona Legislative Session is Over. Contact Gov. Hobbs to Sign Important Bills.

A rough tally of Health Freedom and Control Grid legislative activity:

We monitored 39 bills.
Of those, 12 bills were sent to Governor Hobbs.
Governor Hobbs vetoed two bills so far and insulted anyone involved in Geoengineering, Stratospheric Aerosol Injection (SAI), Solar Radiation Modification, etc. by calling us conspiracy theorists. We wonder if she’s reviewed Arizona’s engineering curriculum at our major universities?
Congratulations to Representative Sarah Liguori on HB2641, which Hobbs signed. It protects firefighters from dangerous PFAS toxins in firefighting foam!

Which Legislators stood up for Health Freedom?

Representative Lisa Fink saw six Health Freedom bills move through both chambers, followed by:
Senator Janae Shamp with three bills, and
Representative Leo Biasiucci, Representative Sarah Liguori, and Representative Khyl Powell who each sponsored one Health Freedom bill that progressed to the Governor.

SB1011: SIDS investigation. Directs a county medical examiner or forensic pathologist, in cases of a sudden and unexplained infant death, to review an infant’s immunization and vaccination history and any countermeasures administered in the 90 days prior.
SB1212: Prevents a health care insurer from reimbursing a health professional at a different rate based on a covered individual’s decision to refuse a vaccine.
SB1214: Provides regulations for the use of stem cell and regenerative therapies that are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

End Medical Mandates in Arizona

It’s go time, Arizona!

Now that the budget has been submitted and the governor’s ‘freeze’ has been lifted, the legislature is once again advancing bills. Unfortunately, an outstanding Health Freedom bill (HCR2056) is stalled at the direction of Senate leadership. They think there’s not enough voter interest in Health Freedom!

Let’s quickly review HCR2056, which defines our right to refuse medical mandates and treatments. The resolution, if passed, will be added to the November ballot, giving voters a direct voice in Health Freedom. When passed by the voters, our right to Health Freedom will be enshrined in the Arizona Constitution.

Let’s be clear about something. We previously issued this Call to Action nearly 60 days ago to get Sen. Warren Petersen’s attention and impress upon him the sweeping support for our individual rights.

It seems he did not receive that message, so we are asking you to repeat the process.

A United Stand to Protect Homeopathy

Natural health modalities, such as naturopathy and homeopathy, are under attack.

After seven years of persistent advocacy, legislation to protect homeopathy has been introduced in both the House and Senate.

H.R. 7050 and S. 4692 would bring a clear regulatory framework that ensures safety while preserving access and innovation for homeopathic medicine.

What the Bills Do:

Create a legal pathway to market for human and animal homeopathic drug products.
Protect access to the full range of homeopathic products and ingredients, both current and future, that meet homeopathic-appropriate standards for quality and safety.
Give companies the right to label homeopathic drug products both without claims/indications and with claims/indications consistent with homeopathic materia medica.

Getting the bills introduced in Congress was a milestone, but it’s not the finish line. Now comes the hard part: vocalizing enough support to get the bills passed.

Support the GRACE Act and the ‘End the Vaccine Carveout’ Act

Urge President Donald Trump and Congress to support the GRACE Act and the ‘End the Vaccine Carveout’ Act.

The GRACE Act, introduced by Congressman Greg Steube, would restore the alignment between the First Amendment and state public health law by incentivizing states to protect religious accommodations as well as medical.

The ‘End the Vaccine Carveout’ Act, introduced by Senator Rand Paul in the Senate (S.3853) and Congressman Paul Gosar in the House (H.R.4668), would end the 1986 arrangement Congress made with Big Pharma, which gives vaccine makers no motivation to ensure their products are as safe as possible — knowing they can’t be held accountable for injuries and deaths.

Since the Vaccine Adverse Events Reporting System (VAERS) was established in 1990, over 2.7 million adverse reactions following vaccination have been reported, including 50,531 deaths. Vaccine makers have been completely free of liability concerns for these harms, leaving those injured with no hope of meaningful compensation or recourse.

We need to make sure all legislators know that MAHA voters are well-informed of these critical issues and will be watching closely to see which members of the House and Senate will do the right thing and protect the freedom of Americans.

Federal Government Moves to Expand Wireless While Ignoring a 2021 Court Order

The federal government wants to allow the wireless industry to expose you and your children to harmful radiofrequency (RF) radiation.

Imagine waking up to a giant cell tower right next to your home or child’s school. The federal government wants to allow the wireless industry to expose you and your children to harmful radiofrequency (RF) radiation. This is happening even though a court ordered the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) in 2021 to review its outdated RF radiation exposure guidelines and called the FCC’s decision to not update its 30-year-old guidelines arbitrary and capricious. To this day, the FCC has not done so.

On May 18, 2026, Children’s Health Defense, along with other co-petitioners, filed a Petition for a Writ of Mandamus asking a federal court to compel the FCC to finally comply with that order after years of inaction.

The science is clear: exposure to wireless radiation at levels far below FCC guidelines is not safe! Tens of thousands of peer-reviewed studies show harm to humans and the environment. Yet, the Telecommunications Act of 1996 prohibits local authorities from regulating cell towers and antenna placement on the basis of health and environmental effects of RF radiation. Courts have interpreted this law to also shield the wireless industry from liability for injuries caused by their infrastructure.

Millions of people feel the ill effects of cell towers close to homes and schools, but no one is accountable! Meanwhile, the expansion of satellite infrastructure rushes forward without proper oversight.

HB2248 PASSED THE ARIZONA HOUSE AND SENATE!

Arizona is soon to be in the unique position of having moved the Medical Freedom Act (HB2248) all the way to the Governor’s Desk. This hasn’t happened in any state since Idaho! We’re being watched by health freedom activists from across the country who want to learn how we’ve accomplished so much.

But we know the job isn’t finished. We know our governor takes pride in using her Veto power to quash “partisan” bills.

Please help us remind Governor Hobbs that bodily autonomy isn’t partisan. In fact, Hobbs previously stated that health care decisions should be made “by a woman and her physician, not politicians.” She also boldly stated that “politicians do not belong in the doctor’s office.”

There’s Something in the Air

The American Lung Association just released their annual air quality ratings; they give the counties of Maricopa and Santa Cruz a grade of “F” for particle pollution. And nation-wide, Phoenix ranks as the 15th worst city in the U.S. for year-round particle pollution; Phoenix/Mesa ranks 4th worst year-round for ozone.

Particles in air pollution can be smaller than 1/30th the diameter of a human hair. When you inhale them, they are small enough to get past the body’s natural defenses. Particle pollution can cause early death and heart attacks, strokes and emergency room visits. Ozone and particle pollution are both linked to increased risk of premature birth and lower birth weight in newborns.

Infants, children, and teens as a group are more susceptible to the health impacts of air pollution because their lungs are still developing, they breathe more air for their body size than adults, and they are frequently exposed to outdoor air.

A key overall finding of the report is that nearly half of American children live in places with unhealthy levels of air pollution.

The American Lung Association credits the Clean Air Act for decades of improvements in air quality. “This landmark law has successfully driven pollution reduction for over 55 years.” But the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is rolling back clean air protections, and has eliminated health costs from its economic analysis. Both actions threaten clean air progress.

There’s Something in the Skies

Geoengineering, or chemtrails as we used to think of it, is a source of air pollution and a major concern for Children’s Health Defense.

For decades, undisclosed geoengineering programs – often rationalized under the guise of climate mitigation – have been actively spraying toxic aerosols into our skies without public consent or congressional oversight. Tests of air samples have found that what is being sprayed includes heavy metals and toxic chemicals like aluminum, sulfur dioxide, and black carbon.

These aerosolized additives to the skies have been repeatedly linked to declining health conditions ranging from respiratory illnesses to neurological disorders.

Last year, an Executive Order called “Make America’s Soverign Skies Blue Again” was drafted for President Donald Trump’s signature. It laid out clear actions to halt unauthorized geoengineering. “It is imperative to immediately cease unauthorized and wasteful federal expenditures on atmospheric modification activities, including mass aerosol spraying, which endanger public health, agriculture, and natural resources,” the draft order stated. “We cannot build healthy, organic, regenerative systems – nor ensure public health – when our skies are covertly contaminated. Geoengineering poses an existential threat to our environmental integrity, agricultural stability, and technological sovereignty.”

However, the Order was never signed by Trump, so there is no momentum at the White House at this time.

On the state level, Tennessee, Florida, and Louisiana were the first to enact legislation explicitly banning unauthorized weather modification. Many other states have introduced bills prohibiting geoengineering or atmospheric interventions, but most have not yet passed.

Arizona likewise did not get any such bills into law this year, so the status quo remains. Arizona has a long-standing legal framework in Title 45, Chapter 9, of the Arizona Revised Statutes that allows weather modification, including cloud seeding, but requires a state license and oversight through the Arizona Department of Water Resources. Thus in Arizona, geoengineering is permitted but regulated.

Arizona and nearby states have experimented with cloud seeding which adds particles like silver iodide or salts to clouds to encourage rain or snow. Cloud seeding is used mainly to increase water supply in drought conditions.

For example, a 2025 pilot in Pinal County used cloud seeding flights to increase rainfall. Joe Singleton, the Pinal County Water Augmentation Authority’s executive director, told lawmakers last December that the test took place between July 1 and September 30, 2025. During that time, a total of 30 flights seeded clouds with salts in areas around Casa Grande. According to the final report on the Pinal County experiment, the three-month test was estimated to result in an additional 0.47 inches of rainfall and in 134,192 acre feet of water. For comparison, one acre-foot is typically enough water to serve three single-family homes for a year, according to the Arizona Department of Water Resources. The estimate did not account for evaporation.

Rep. Lisa Fink (R-Glendale) and Sen. David Farnsworth (R-Mesa) have sponsored several bills to give residents transparency about what, if anything, is being sprayed from planes above Arizona communities, whether to create rainfall or deflect sunlight or something else.

Daniel Czecholinski with the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality told lawmakers last December that solar radiation management refers to releasing small particles or other materials to reflect sunlight and reduce temperatures. He said that not much is known about the long-term impacts on the environment or human health.

Meanwhile, the “Clear Skies Declaration” was created to frame the various elements of this issue. It unites physicians, health professionals, and citizens across the country in calling on our government to protect human health, ecosystems, and fundamental rights by stopping geoengineering practices and climate intervention experiments.

The Declaration states that “The programs we call to be banned include all activities that involve the release into the Earth’s atmosphere” including:

Particulates and compounds of metals such as aluminum, barium, strontium, and others
Chemical aerosols such as sulfur compounds and others
Nanomaterials such as graphene oxide, polymers, and others
Toxic and pollutive additives to jet fuels
