SUMMARY:Meditation Mondays
DESCRIPTION:Relax and take a deep breath!\nLet's give a gift of peace to ou
 rselves. Thirty minutes weekly\, to recharge and rebalance so we're motiva
 ted and focused on the work ahead of us. These secular meditations are int
 ended to ground\, uplift\, relieve stress\, balance cortisol levels\, and 
 calm the amygdala!\n\nPrivacy is important - only the host will be visible
  and recorded during our meditations. Recordings will be available so you 
 can repeat these meditations based on your own schedule.\n\n\n\nOur specia
 l guest facilitator for 12/12/22 is Diana Frank.\n\nThis week's meditation
  will be led by our special guest\, Diana Frank\, who has been meditating
  for over 30 years! She invites us to come as we are &amp\; turn to body a
 wareness &amp\; breath to create coherence within. Diana leads blissful me
