Industrial Commission of Arizona Statement Regarding OSHA’s Vaccine Mandates

A pdf document containing the Industrial Commission of Arizona’s statement on the emergency temporary standard (ETS) issued by “OSHA”.  The ETS was issued without any opportunity for public comment prior to it going into effect.  Until such a time that the Industrial Commission takes formal action to adopt all or part of the vaccination ETS, the temporary standards are NOT binding or enforceable against Arizona’s private and public sector employers and employees.
