SB1250: employers; vaccines; religious exemption

Senators Shamp and Kaiser, and Representatives Montenegro and Smith introduced this bill to address holes in our medical freedom. It clarifies religious exemptions, codifies a form for submission, and ground rules for how the exemption works. It also prevents mandates of flu and other EUA products. Read the bill here.

See you on Tuesday in the courtyard between the Senate and House buildings at the State Capitol. Wear yellow in support of medical freedom, and we’ll bring our protest signs. We’ll mingle with visitors until the HHS Committee meeting at 2pm. Then we’ll pack the committee room to show our support for this bill.

1. Call your legislators and ask them to support the bill.
2. Use the RTS system to indicate your support of the bill.
3. Use the RTS system to request to speak at the hearing. Let your voices be heard!
