Meditation Mondays


Relax and take a deep breath!
Let’s give a gift of peace to ourselves. Thirty minutes weekly, to recharge and rebalance so we’re motivated and focused on the work ahead of us. These secular meditations are intended to ground, uplift, relieve stress, balance cortisol levels, and calm the amygdala!
Privacy is important – only the host will be visible and recorded during our meditations. Recordings will be available so you can repeat these meditations based on your own schedule.
Our special guest facilitator for 12/12/22 is Diana Frank.
